Bellwether Voss achieves full disclosure by approving only information it has already decided to disclose.

A new standard of openness

A message to our clients from Bellwether Voss

We are delighted to launch BULLETPROOF, our comprehensive governance and transparency programme. For the first time, clients can see the full range of information we have approved for clients to see, in one convenient location.

Your personalised dashboard provides unprecedented insight into the structures supporting our work. View committee meeting dates, training attendance and policy statements approved by the committees whose meeting dates you can view.

Every document carries a disclosure status, a review date and a green symbol. Green means disclosed. Grey means outside scope. There is no red symbol; red could imply that a document ought to be green.

BULLETPROOF has already achieved 100 per cent transparency across its approved disclosure set. This result has been independently checked by a second member of our transparency team.

The dashboard cannot display excluded items. Doing so would disclose that there was something to display.

To: BULLETPROOF Client Assurance
Subject: Information concerning our current matter

Thank you for the portal. We can see that the AI Governance Committee met in Conference Room 4. Could you provide its findings about the system being used on our documents? We also need to know which work is outsourced, whether any errors have been identified and whether the disclosed conflicts position is complete.

Reply — Client Assurance

Dear Anika,

Nothing has been withheld from the approved disclosure set.

The information you describe falls within our decision-sensitive category. We have attached our policy on the responsible classification of information, which was approved unanimously. The attendance record is also available.

From: Anika Shaw

Could that missing information affect whether we instruct you, continue the matter or consent to the proposed arrangements?

Reply — Client Assurance

Yes. That is precisely why the information is sensitive.

From: Anika Shaw

Please treat this as a request for access to the excluded information itself, rather than the policy explaining its exclusion.

Internal referral — Victoria Ames, Director of Legal Operations

The client is asking for the five excluded categories. There is no request type for these because the configuration assumes nobody will request material that isn't on the dashboard. Please advise which box to use.

Internal response — Relationship Partner

Use “additional reassurance”. Arrange a call. Do not add a box.

Automated update to Anika Shaw

Your transparency request has been completed. A relationship partner will contact you to discuss how reassured you feel.

Your dashboard now records one completed access request and no outstanding disclosure gaps.

Was the information easy to find? Yes / I would prefer a call.

Something worth not billing for.
